Toga Teacher Training
ANNA ALLEN (and Samadhi CEO Maya Allen)
It has been a tremendous honor and joy for me to share this sacred yoga experience with others. I remember the first time I ever attended a yoga class. It felt as though I had finally come home after much searching. And since then, I have been blessed with many profound and divine experiences of body and soul. It is my goal to share that with you through yoga.

While I have studied with many teachers, my greatest teacher is the one inside. That is the teacher I hope to help awaken in each of you; your own inner Guru. I invite you on an adventure to your true self; a space where there are no limits placed on you by a hardened heart or a confined mind. Step and even leap into the unknown, a space where you will experience yourself as pure light, love, power and peace.

Holly
HOLLY PITURRO
Holly began her first yoga class in 1992 as a college student and after years of an on and off again practice, she began studying regularly in 2000. To make a magical experience even more magical, Holly discovered that she was pregnant during her teacher training at Shoshoni during the summer of 2002. Naturally, a special interest in prenatal yoga was also born. The experience of giving birth and learning how to be a mother have presented Holly with many yoga lessons outside the world of asana that she brings to every one of her classes. Her daughter Maggie just turned one and Holly can't wait to expand her interest in prenatal yoga to Yoga for Kids!

COLLEEN McEAHERN Colleen's gentle, compassionate approach emphasizes the portability of the practice…the idea that the benefits of yoga are available to all of us, at all times. The beauty of the yogic practice for Colleen lies not only in the constant uncovering of one's true nature, and the powerful exchange of energy that comes from practicing as a group, but in taking conscious awareness out of the studio and into daily life. The line between the two disappears, and our lives simply become the practice. "Yoga is not something we 'do' for an hour and a half, a few times a week. It is a portable, innate practice which guides us toward peace, personally and universally."

DAVID HATCH
David Hatch is a Nationally Certified Massage Therapist('97) and Hatha Yoga Instructor('01). He also has a BS in Psychology('92) and an Associate in Sign Language('94). Whether during a Deep Tissue massage or yoga class, pain is the body's way to indicate that it has gone beyond it's threshold.
