Toga Teacher Training

It is what each of us longs for and seeks through all of life.
It means to dissolve into Divine Bliss or to merge with the Divine Spirit.
While the experience of Samadhi is beyond words,
it is recognized and remembered as your true Self immediately.
It is the feeling of finally coming home and swimming
freely in the infinite pool of unconditional love, bliss and wisdom.

When I moved to Denver from Boulder about 4 years ago I couldn’t find a place to practice and teach yoga that felt like it fed my entire being. So I decided to open a studio myself that fit that need. Initially I thought it would be something small, probably in my garage, but the more I listened to what I felt in my heart, the more I knew that that would not be enough. I could feel that Samadhi was meant to be big. It is meant to reach many people.

The spirit of Samadhi was present before I was even aware that this was my destiny. Once I became aware of it, there was no turning back. This is my calling, even more than a dream. It is meant to be. The spirit of Samadhi is powerful! It is a safe place where people can come and experience what I believe to be the true art of yoga and get involved with a community of like-minded individuals as well.

I have been fortunate enough to experience the true meaning of Samadhi a few times very briefly and it is my hope that, given this great temple to practice in, you may experience it too. We will create peace in the world, one person at a time. Healing ourselves first and then reaching out to help others with our expanded hearts and minds.

Like an oasis in the city, you can come to Samadhi, let go of the things that bring you stress and nourish your body and soul.
